Interwerk, our association management company, handles violations of DCC&Rs, malfunctions except for gates, and other general situations.
Our webmaster takes phone calls and email when there is a lost or found animal or other emergency where the whole neighborhood should be contacted quickly. She is able to send email to the email addresses in the directory record. Keep your record current.
Contact board members only when all other information fails to help.

A Sundance Ranch newsletter is published bi-monthly. Content should be submitted between the 15th and 25th of Jan, Mar, May, Jul, Sep and Nov for publishing at the end of the month.
