Board of Directors meetings are held monthly on the fourth Wednesday of the month at 243 S Showhorse Dr at 7pm. The exception to the meeting dates is in November and December when they will be held on the 2nd Wednesday.

The Disaster Preparedness Committee is working on exit strategies in case fire, flood, or other events block the access to County Road 200 and the homeowner's ability to leave the ranch. Future projects may include creating a block captain sort of system to facilitate the safe evacuation of people and animals in case of such emergencies. Meetings are posted in Board meeting minutes. All property owners are welcome. - Susan Hopper
Interwerk, our association management company, handles violations of DCC&Rs, malfunctions except for gates, and other general situations.
Our webmaster takes phone calls and email when there is a lost or found animal or other emergency where the whole neighborhood should be contacted quickly. She is able to send email to the email addresses in the directory record. Keep your record current.
Contact board members only when all other information fails to help.
